Delete your Flow account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. Deleting is permanent and can't be undone.

In the app

Open Flow and sign in.
Go to Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. (Profile is at the top of the menu, ☰.)
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Without the app

Send us a deletion request from the email address on your account. Include your username so we can find it. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Or email support@flowaicoach.app with the subject "Account deletion request".

What is deleted

Your account, profile, goals, plan and injury history
Check-ins, journal entries and chat history
Wearable data, connected devices, and Google or Apple sign-in

Any coach you shared data with loses access.
